This is why people leave the city. This is where the
rivers run wild and free, the roads wind their way through cool, quiet
forests, and the blue Appalachians rise all around you in the morning
mist. It's a hiker's dream, a paddler's paradise, and not half bad even
when what you want to do is nothing more than sit on a cabin porch for
a while and listen to the murmur of a stream.

At the January 2009 General Meeting, we will be electing our Board Members.
Adam Davenport will be stepping down from his position as President, but would be happy to still serve on the board.

Gil Carter is now in charge of restocking and maintaining the TCBA's eight brochure racks. Marty will take care of
distributing member's rack cards to the various locations, if you provide her with a supply of your literature.
